Bath with herbs Kraksen
Herbal bath "Kraksen" will become favorite one for those who love aromatherapy and baths with low temperature - 35-40 degrees, humidity - 60-70%. This atmosphere does not create stress for the heart. The founders of this bath were the inhabitants of the Alpine regions of Europe. The name "kraksen" comes from the name of the basket "kraks", using which freshly mown hay was transferred from the mountains to the valley. Farmers put the basket in a special hollow near the stove. Hay heated and emanated a pleasant healing aroma, which helped to relax strained muscles and to clear thoughts.
Modern kraksen differs from their "ancestors". Alpine bath, as it is otherwise called, harmoniously combines ancient traditions and the latest technologies. It is a booth with seats equipped with heating elements. The steam passes through the fragrant mixture of herbs located in the back of the chair, creating an aromatic cloud in the enclosed space and providing a relaxing effect on the muscles of the back, neck and nervous system. At the same time, the guest undergoes the procedure of inhalation of the respiratory tract.
